Education and Professional Background

My professional journey is rooted in a genuine passion for the sea and for yachting, cultivated during my law studies and culminating in 2004 with a dissertation on maritime arbitration.

After graduating in Law, I directed this passion into a career focused on maritime and transport law, working with leading law firms active in the maritime and aviation sectors as well as within the legal department of a major shipping company engaged in the carriage of goods and passengers by sea. These experiences allowed me to acquire direct knowledge of contractual and operational dynamics in the industry.

Over the years, I have expanded my expertise through advanced training, including a Master’s degree in Transport and Logistics Law and Economics, specialization courses in international contracts, arbitration and corporate crisis management and by participating in conferences and technical panels also as a speaker.

Areas of Practice

I provide both litigation and out-of-court legal assistance in maritime and aviation law, yachting law, international transport, and insurance law. For more than fifteen years I have worked in the field of civil and commercial disputes and international contract law, offering tailored legal advice to companies, operators and private clients in Italy and abroad.

I have also developed significant expertise in aviation disputes—particularly passenger claims under EU Regulation 261/2004 and the Montreal Convention—and in advising businesses active in logistics and the energy distribution sector.

Working Method

My approach is based on clarity, transparency and a results-driven mindset. I believe in building professional relationships founded on trust and handle every case with the utmost care, regardless of its complexity.

To request legal advice or to submit a case for evaluation, you may contact the Firm through the dedicated section. Every matter will be assessed with maximum diligence and confidentiality.
